By accessing or using InfraNet HR's website, software, services, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
InfraNet HR provides workflow, compliance, documentation, case management, and operational continuity tools. InfraNet is not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance carrier, or government agency. Use of the Services does not constitute legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Organizations remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and employment obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, restricting access to authorized users, ensuring information entered is accurate and lawful, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or violate applicable privacy or employment laws.
You retain ownership of all data submitted to the Services. You grant InfraNet a limited right to process data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraNet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
