Organizations may upload or store workforce-related information through InfraNet, including employee records, compliance documentation, case notes, leave management information, OSHA-related records, workplace incident information, and accommodation documentation. Customer Data remains the property of the customer organization.

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage activity, log files, session information, and security and authentication events.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, authenticate users, secure accounts and systems, respond to support requests, improve platform functionality, monitor performance and reliability, detect fraud or unauthorized activity, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encrypted connections, access controls, authentication safeguards, audit logging, infrastructure monitoring, and role-based permissions.
