Platform & Legal
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
InfraNet HR is committed to providing a website and platform that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is not a feature we bolt on after the fact — it is a fundamental part of how we design, build, and improve our products.
At InfraNet, we serve organizations that manage critical workforce operations — workers’ compensation claims, leave and accommodation requests, OSHA compliance, workplace investigations, and safety incident management. The people who use our platform include HR professionals, safety managers, legal counsel, and employees navigating leave or accommodation processes. We believe that every user deserves an equitable experience, regardless of how they interact with technology.
InfraNet strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG is organized around four core principles: Perceivable (information presented in ways users can perceive), Operable (all functionality available from a keyboard), Understandable (content appears and operates in predictable ways), and Robust (content compatible with a wide variety of user agents and assistive technologies).
Our accessibility efforts include keyboard navigation (all interactive elements accessible via keyboard alone), visible focus indicators, meaningful heading structures for screen reader navigation, sufficient color contrast that meets WCAG AA requirements, screen reader compatibility with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and Narrator, descriptive alternative text for images and icons, responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom, and skip navigation links.
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We conduct regular audits using automated testing and manual review, seek feedback from users with disabilities, conduct design reviews before development begins, train our development team on accessibility standards, and include accessibility improvements in our product roadmap alongside other feature development.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, we encourage you to contact us. Please include the page or feature involved, a description of the issue, and the device, browser, and assistive technology you are using. We will acknowledge receipt of your report and provide a timeline for investigation and resolution.
