Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited uses of the InfraNet HR platform, website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using InfraNet, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, engage in fraudulent or misleading activity, harass or threaten others, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, circumvent platform restrictions or security controls, access systems or data without authorization, attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Services, or misrepresent identity or authority.

Data and Content Restrictions

Users may not upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, contains malware or malicious code, is fraudulent or intentionally misleading, infringes upon copyrights or trademarks, violates privacy rights or confidentiality obligations, or contains information the user is not authorized to possess or share. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into InfraNet is lawfully obtained and appropriately managed.

Security Restrictions

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data; probe or scan for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization; attempt privilege escalation or bypass access controls; interfere with authentication mechanisms; share account credentials with unauthorized individuals; or reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code except where permitted by applicable law. Authorized security testing may only be conducted with prior written approval from InfraNet.

Service Integrity

Users may not engage in activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, abuse of APIs or automation tools, or activities that negatively impact platform availability or stability. Users must use the Services in a manner consistent with normal business operations.

Monitoring and Enforcement

InfraNet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, report unlawful activity to authorities, or take any action reasonably necessary to protect customers, users, and platform security.

Changes to This Policy

InfraNet may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
